Today’s Lunch: a base of romaine hearts topped with strawberries, raw pecans, carrots, edamame and dried cranberries. Very pretty looking and full of variety, though I wish I’d added some olive oil or that pumpkin-flax blend for more oomph. Still, not bad for throwing it together in less than two minutes this morning.

I can already feel the break room junk food calling my name. Go away!
