Today’s lunch: mixed greens and alfalfa sprouts topped with leftover pasta mixed with olives, broccoli and sun dried tomatoes. Another unintentionally vegan meal.
Sticking to my meal plan today but I’m getting so hungry! And I don’t think I’ve craved sugar so much as now that it’s been forbidden. Boo! Started the day with two pieces of wheat toast with peanut butter and my absolutely necessary cup of coffee. An apple and mixed nuts served as the mid-morning snack…though admittedly those nuts were in a trail mix that included dark chocolate chips. Oops?
